Rolling over!

Such a Big Boy
We hit another milestone this week, Tyler now rolls over from his back to his front. He usually does this within seconds of being on his back and then forgets how to roll back over to his front. He is getting so big so fast!

Trip to Napa
Last week we took a quick trip to San Jose and Napa, California. We were able to catch up with some friends that live in the bay area as well as do some wine tasting and shopping. Although it was short, it was a nice, relaxing getaway that we all enjoyed.

The Matrix Dance
Tyler and I went to my parents house for dinner tonite for an early celebration of Nico's 28th birthday. After a delicious dinner, Nico taught Tyler how to do the "Matrix Dance" (like how in the movie "The Matrix" time slows down).
We are very ready for spring to come to Whitefish. After a few attempts of saying farewell to winter with some 70+ degree days, it has snowed again. Fortunately, we are headed to California next week. Maybe the sun will shine for us there!

Recent Pictures
It has been busy around here lately since I've had to go back to work. Granted, I've only worked 4 shifts in the past 2 weeks, but I didn't realize how tired I would be after standing for 8 hours. This week will be more interesting since I get to prep for the ALERT banquet. It is much more fun making fun party food than hospital food, I'll tell you that. Here are some recent pictures of our boy. His face has changed so much in these 3 months!
Tyler at Easter brunch. He was just as impressed with the menu as I was: beignets with powdered sugar, bread pudding french toast, duck hash with poached eggs, Cajun scramble with andouille sausage, and of course champagne!

He Rolled Over!
Yesterday we were at my parents house when Tyler decided "no more tummy time" and flipped over to his back. He did it about 6 times in a row! We were all very excited to see this milestone. It seems as though scooting or crawling will be right around the corner the way he moves his little legs.

Stef's Birthday
We spent my birthday with my parents and Kathy. It was a nice relaxing day with a great lunch followed by my grandma's secret recipe chocolate cake and, of course, Veuve Clicquot. I am fighting a nasty cold, so the champagne was like a magic elixir that made me feel better! Tyler was a good boy and loved playing with his grandparents.

12 Weeks!
It has been 12 weeks since our little guy was born. It has gone by so fast, and sadly, this means I need to go back to work. My first day back will be next Friday. Hopefully I will be able to work only a couple of shifts a week. It will be so strange to be away from Tyler for more than 4 or 5 hours.
Tyler and I have had this nice tradition of going over to my parents house every Sunday since Scott works the day shift. It's been so nice for him to be able to spend time with his Nana Fofs and his Papa Rick. Here are some pictures from last Sunday's visit. He really is a happy baby!

He is growing out of his 0-3 month clothes and moving right in to the 3-6 month size. I think the sleeper in this picture has been worn for the last time, as it doesn't even cover his entire arm anymore!
