Spaghetti Night

Tonight while both Scott and I were at work, Kathy and Mike had Spaghetti Night with Tyler. Let's just say it was a huge success!

Happy Birthday Scott!

Scott's birthday is on St. Patricks Day. This year, he had the dreaded norovirus which has swept our area. Since he was confined to the couch on his big day, there was no celebration. We surprised him last night with a birthday party after he had the first golf outing of the season. Happy Birthday Scott! We love you!

Tyler was all about celebrating Daddy's big day

This video was actually taken on Scott's birthday... although he isn't in it. It shows how Tyler manages to go down the stairs. He has mastered the stairs in the house as well, both going up in record time and coming down on his tummy with a thumpity thump thump. Such a big boy!

Hiding

Tyler likes to climb on the couch and hide behind the cushions. It's amazing what he finds back there (mostly Kirby's toys). Today I found him back there playing with Kirby's plastic bone. He also has taken a liking to hiding from us. At Kathy's house, he hides between the couch and the woodstove (don't worry, it's not hot), and my mom found him at her house hiding next to the hutch, but behind some plants. What a monkey! I guess the question remains, what is he hiding from?

San Diego

We made a quick trip down to San Diego this week. Instead of the gloomy skies that were forecasted, we enjoyed sunny days in the 60s. Tyler got to play in the water and go to the kiddie park for the first time. We were able to catch up with Nana and Papie, Aunt Chris and Neal, and the Larkins. It was a great visit, even though it was so short. Thank you everyone for hosting us! See you soon!
