Sweet Pickins

Tyler had 2 trips to the Sweet Pickins pumpkin patch this week. My mom and I took him one day, and Daddy and Tyler had a trip yesterday. The grounds are so cool and there is so much to do! Tyler had a great time riding on the wagon train, petting (and trying to kiss) the bunnies, chickens, goats, and alpacas, playing in the sandbox, and jumping on the giant pumpkin pillow. It was a great outing for all of us!

Oktoberfest

This weekend there was an Oktoberfest celebration downtown. There was a huge tent set up with beer, pretzel, and other German food vendors. Music was provided by a polka band, and there were festivities like stein-holding and log-sawing. It was very entertaining and fun!

We stopped by the bar and Tyler played in the leaves... he got some in his hair. He loved the crunching sound they made.
Inside of the Oktoberfest tent... it was a great atmosphere! (but kind of smelled like sauerkraut)

Pumpkin Patch

There was a little pumpkin patch set up in Depot Park on Saturday. It was a gorgeous fall day so we decided to check it out. Tyler posed with the pumpkins (he kept trying to pick them up), but all of the games were a bit too big for him. We plan on hitting the big pumpkin patch on Thursday with Nana Fafa to bring home our own pumpkins!
