Harvest Time

Grandma and Grandpa got Tyler his own John Deere tractor. It also has a wagon that he can hook behind it, in which he carries a toy frog and a rock. Yesterday they brought the tractor to dinner and he amused us by taking out the croquet course at Al and Helen Jane's house. He is still getting the hang of reverse, but absolutely LOVES this thing! Thanks G&G!

Fall is in the Air

It went from summer to fall very quickly. The leaves are starting to change, the down comforters are coming out, but none of that stops Tyler from playing outside.... it is his favorite place. Currently, he is in his sandbox digging, and he wants to do it even when it gets dark outside. He LOVES tractors (or beep beeps as he calls them) and loves being in the dirt. He also can now reach the pedals of his trike, so he spends lots of time riding aroud the house. His new thing is to hide Kirby's treat in the back of the trike and speed around the house so that Kirby chases him. It really is entertainment!
We hope that all of you are enjoying your September... winter will be here before we know it!

Summer Visitors

We have been fortunate to have so many summer visitors. Some were just for a day, but my Aunt Chris and Uncle Neal were here for 10 days in August. They rented a sweet house on Whitefish Lake right when we got our boat, so we were able to spend lots of time with them. Thanks to everyone for visiting us and come back soon!

Tyler is so happy to be playing outside! He loved being in Glacier Park

Walking around the Two Medicine campground
Tyler with Eleanore and Jack on the boat cruise on Two Medicine Lake. It was so great to see Elle, even for a few hours!
Scott, Duston, and future Kappa Sig Tyler. Duston was visiting Montana all the way from Bolivia! He was Scott's little brother at MSU.
Ann & Derek's adorable kids Cate, Wes, and Quinn

Tyler and Uncle Neal driving the pontoon boat. We toured Flathead Lake for 4 hours on a beautiful day, hardly seeing any other boats!

Coutter, Sarah, and Baby Maddox... what a cutie and a super good boy!

The Boat

We recently went in with Kathy and purchased a boat. It is a 2003 Seadoo 205 in amazing condition. It has a waketower, 240 hp, and enough room to seat 8 adults comfortably. We were able to take it out for some cruises on Whitefish Lake these past couple of weeks, and it is a lot of fun. Hopefully our nice weather holds out a while longer so we can keep using it this season!

August = Fun!

Happy Labor Day Weekend! This past month was such a good time up here in Whitefish. We had gorgeous weather, had lots of visitors, and got a boat! We have really been enjoying our town and everyone who came to see us. Stay tuned for pictures of it all!
