Hope everyone had a nice long weekend! Katie and Aric were in town and it was so great to see them (and Katie's belly full of twins!). We had a baby shower for Katie on Saturday which was very nice. The weather while they were here wasn't top notch, so we pretty much just hung out with the family and ate a lot. Tyler also had his first introduction with the horses at Grandpa Doug and Grandma Christine's house. On the 4th, Scott, Tyler, and I went out to the Peschels gorgeous home on Whitefish Lake for a couple of hours. Tyler was obsessed with playing in the fountain they had. We had to leave before the fireworks started, but Tyler didn't seem to be a big fan of the noise anyway. Maybe next year?
Yay! Water! My Favorite!
Nice Horsey!

Our Petit Prince is growing! he is losing that "Baby" look. I can sense his curiosity of the world discovery around him: a REAL horse so big, not like the toy, his fascination for water whether a big lake or a small fountain (make sure he knows how to swim soon- we have classes at the Plunge!!)
By the way, he has a brand new little French cousin: Lucien born July 7, son of Peggy and Mathieu, brother of Pia.
